If there are three "BANK" play symbols in the same GAME, win PRIZE amount shown for that GAME. *The $2,000,000 prize will be paid in 25 annual gross installments of $80,000 each. At the time the prize is claimed, the Claimant shall be entitled to change the election to a Cash Option where the winner shall receive a payment equal to the gross cash value of $1,204,300 provided, however, that no change to the election shall be permitted after payment of a cash prize, or after payment of the first installment of an annuity prize, or subsequent to the sixtieth (60th) day following the date at which the prize was claimed.
