CASH IN A FLASH is an INSTANT REVEAL game. The player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal twenty play symbols and twenty corresponding PRIZE amounts. If a "MONEYBAG" symbol is revealed, the player wins the PRIZE shown for that symbol.
Approximately 3.6 million CASH IN A FLASH tickets are initially planned in this game. The New Jersey Lottery reserves the right to subsequently increase this quantity of tickets. Should additional tickets be introduced, prize levels and frequency of winning will be consistent with the initial quantity of tickets. In the CASH IN A FLASH Scratch-Offs Game, New Jersey allocates approximately 65% of the gross receipts, net of free tickets, to prizes. On the average, better than 1 in 8 tickets wins a prize.
