Pick-6 Jackpot Reaches $32 Million
Bergen County Player Comes Close, Wins $17,128
TRENTON (Jan. 17, 2025) – The jackpot of Pick-6, New Jersey’s most venerable draw game, has reached $32 million after no player matched the winning numbers in the Thursday, Jan. 16, draw.
One player did come close Thursday, winning $17,128 by matching five of the six winning numbers of 12, 15, 19, 24, 34 and 44. That ticket was played at Food Mart, 168 Main Ave., Wallington in Bergen County. No player matched the Double Play winning numbers of 04, 14, 20, 21, 27 and 43.
After huge wins in March (two players evenly splitting a $30 million jackpot), May ($4.9 million) and June ($3 million), no Pick-6 jackpots have been recorded as the top prize steadily increased heading into this Monday’s drawing at 10:57 p.m. The cash value of the prize is $14.3 million.
Pick-6 Lotto was introduced in 1980 with an added advantage – a grand prize bonus drawing with cash prizes of up to $100,000. The record jackpot of $48.9 million was won in Clifton in 2002. The latest iteration of the game started in April 2022 and now offers XTRA as a standard feature and includes the option of Double Play – two drawings held back-to-back for a chance at bonus prizes.
All New Jersey Lottery game winning numbers and drawings for the Pick-3, Pick-4, Jersey Cash 5, Pick-6, and CASH4LIFE games can be viewed on the NJ Lottery website (www.NJLottery.com) or on the official Lottery Facebook Page.
